FAQ's

All hardware and instructions will be included in your parcel on how to hang the wall hanging.  You will require a level and a drill.

You provide me with the colours you are looking for and I will draw you up a few designs. I will send updates frequently on progress so that you LOVE the final piece. I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your fibre art.

I can try but it will never be EXACTLY the same. The levels of saturation and colours are so hard to re-create.

Within Canada, most orders arrive within 5-7 days. Your item is tracked with Canada Post and updates are available through Etsy or you can follow on Canada Post's website.

If you live in Northumberland County, please contact me prior to purchasing to skip the shipping.

Within the United States, most orders arrive within 5-7 days. Orders ship with UPS and so long as there is no hold at customs or issues with weather, they will arrive within the scheduled time. They will be tracked all the way through their journey.

Take your wall hanging outside and give it a good shake. Do not attempt to wash it. The dye will run.
